What material is the jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of high-quality 316 stainless steel and finished with genuine gold plating. This makes it waterproof, tarnish-proof, and long-lasting. Depending on the design, some pieces of jewelry also contain rhinestones or zircons.

Is there different sizing for the jewelry?

Some of our jewelry pieces are available in different sizes. Some products are also adjustable in size and can be individually adapted. Please pay attention to the respective product information and the selected size on the product page before purchasing.

Order and Payment

Why was my payment declined?

Payment errors can occur due to incorrect information, insufficient funds, or faulty security settings. Try using a different payment method or contact your bank.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@amouravienna.com

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Once your order is received, we will begin processing it immediately. Should you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that changes will still be possible, we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The processing time is 5 working days. The delivery time is 5 working days. The total delivery time is therefore 10 working days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free. There are no additional shipping costs for your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order at any time.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?

As many of our products are personalized and custom-made pieces of jewelry, returns or refunds for personalized items due to disliking them are unfortunately excluded.

For non-personalized products, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. These can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@amouravienna.com and send us details and photos of the issue. We will take care of finding a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
