What material is our jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of high-quality 316 stainless steel (surgical steel) and is finished with a genuine gold coating (PVD process). This makes it water-resistant, prevents tarnishing, and ensures it retains its beauty for a long time.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours. After that, your jewelry will be custom-made for you, so unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible at that point.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes up to 14 days. Please note that there may be slight delays in some cases.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email so you can track your shipment.

Can I return my jewelry if I don't like it?

Since our jewelry is custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

What should I do if the jewelry arrives damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please send us some photos of the damage first. After a quick review, we’ll arrange a replacement for you right away.
