Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,
- that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
- that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
These include, in particular, personalized products.
Note regarding individual products
Since personalized products are manufactured specifically according to your specifications, returns or exchanges are not permitted, unless the merchandise is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
