Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless

  • The merchandise is damaged or defective
  • or the wrong item was delivered

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive and review your return, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days
  • the original payment method will be used

 

Damaged or defective products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.


No Returns

The following items are excluded from exchange and return:

  • personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry, custom-made items)

These products are custom-made to the customer’s specifications and therefore cannot be returned, unless they are defective or do not match the order.
